Recommendation Review File

The Commission used the file to create reports. This series contains records documenting recommendations concerning the Bankruptcy Code.

Data elements include submission identifier, date of submission, name of submitter, geographic location, affiliation, ot her submissions, topic, subject, Bankruptcy Code section, code cross-reference, problem referenced, judicial circuit, proposed solutions, a quality score, and initials of the person inputting or reviewing the recommendation. This data comprises government records extracted from the Archival Research Catalog (ARC).
