A new leafhopper genus of the tribe Nirvanini (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Evacanthinae) from China, Triprocessoides gen. nov., with Triprocessoides lii sp. nov. as type species, is described and illustrated. A key to Chinese genera of Nirvanini is provided. The type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Guizhou University, Guiyang, China (GUGC).
