Laterality in soaring flight — reproducibility deposit

Every column is defined in COLUMN_DICTIONARY.md. Code. The full pipeline is included, 67 R files and about 8,300 lines: the raw-to-table generation, the inferential layer, the multiplicity ledger, and every figure and table script. results/results_store.csv holds all 1,304 reported estimates across 31 analyses and is the single source of every number in the paper; figures and tables read it and hard-code nothing.

Reproduction. The deposit is self-contained from the first derived table onward. Rscript 00_run_all.R regenerates the results store and the figures from the six tables alone, with no Movebank access.

The package environment is pinned in renv.lock (R 4.6.0). An independent reproducibility audit regenerated a third of the store, including the keystone estimates, from the deposited tables on a drifted environment, matching the shipped values to the last digit. Full instructions, including how a raw-data holder regenerates the tables themselves, are in README.md.

Not included. The raw Movebank tracking data remain in their Movebank studies under their own data-use agreements, and the golden eagle field workbook is field metadata that is not distributed. Neither is needed to reproduce the published results.
