VIIRS Nighttime Light Year-over-Year Change Data at 464 m Resolution in the Yangtze River Delta, China, 2015-2026

This dataset contains year-on-year changes in VIIRS nighttime lighting at a resolution of 464 meters in the Yangtze River Delta region from January 2015 to April 2026, with a total of 136 monthly multi band grids.
Description
The data is generated based on NOAA/VIIRS/DNB monthly nighttime lighting products processed on the Google Earth Engine platform and uniformly converted to Krasovsky_1940_ Albers and other area projections. The data reflects the changes in nighttime light intensity between the current month and the same month of the previous year, and can be used for studying the urbanization process, regional economic activity intensity, energy consumption proxy, major event impact, and spatial pattern changes of urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta region.
