Physiological and transcriptional response of VPZ trangenic soybean lines under elevated CO2

Listed in NCBI GEO

VPZ transgenic soybean plants have been showen to have faster non-chemical quenching (NPQ) relaxation To explore the effects of elevated CO2 on these transgenic plants we tested the physioloigcal and transcxriptional response to the VPZ plants under elevated CO2.

Description

We found that faster NPQ and higher photsynthetic efficiency of VPZ soybean is not affetced by elevated CO2.
