Description
In the foreground at center, a paved road can be seen extending from left to right. On the opposite side of the road, a large building can be seen at left.
A row of plants is visible along the base of the structure. To the right, an opening in a wall can be seen. At the opening, a man with rolled up sleeves looks at a dog near his feet and points towards the foreground.

Behind the man, an open concrete lot is visible. Looking from the lot, the sides of the large building are missing exposing large metal columns and supports. In the extreme background at center, a man with a hose sprays a large panel.
A large metallic structure can also be seen alongside the building.
