Amniotic membrane stromal cells facilitate corneal epithelial tissue engineering by promoting the expansion of limbal epithelial stem cells [RNA-Seq 2]

Listed in NCBI GEO

Description

To explore whether amniotic membrane stromal cells (AMSCs) can promote the expansion of limbal stem cells (LSCs) during corneal epithelial tissue engineering, we performed transcriptomic profiling of in vitro-expanded rabbit limbal epithelial sheets cultured on live (L-dAM) or dead (D-dAM) amniotic membranes, as well as the underlying human AMSCs.
