Traditional father had an individual oriented career plan. I had conducted a survey on college students to investigate the relationships between beliefs of fatherhood and motherhood, sex-role beliefs and work values. Canonical correlation analysis revealed that equal right oriented male students hold more participatory fatherhood beliefs, less emphasized on extrinsic reward work value, and more emphasized on intrinsic reward work values than non equal right oriented students.
Traditional sex role oriented male students hold more traditional father roles and more emphasized on extrinsic work values than non-traditional male students.
