Heavy metals in soil-wheat in the transition area of coal mine in the northern suburbs of Xuzhou
Listed in ScienceDB
Description
This study selected the transformation zone of coal mines in the northern suburbs of Xuzhou as the research area, and analyzed the soil physical and chemical properties, total heavy metal content in the soil, and bioavailability within the area; Analyze the content of various parts of wheat in the region; Using correlation analysis to determine the optimal bioavailable state extraction method for describing the heavy metal absorption of wheat in the region; Using correlation analysis and geographic detectors to screen key environmental factors that affect the migration behavior of heavy metals in soil wheat; And establish a prediction model for heavy metal content in wheat based on the process of wheat absorbing heavy metals.
The aim is to investigate the distribution characteristics of bioavailable heavy metals in the soil of the coal mine transformation zone. Based on the determination of soil physicochemical properties and total heavy metal content in the coal mine transformation zone, a single step extraction method based on neutral salts (CaCl2), acids (HAc), and chelating agents (EDTA, DTPA) is used to extract the bioavailable heavy metals in the soil of the study area, and the distribution characteristics of different bioavailable heavy metals are analyzed.

(2) Study on the distribution characteristics of heavy metals in wheat plants in coal mine transformation zones by measuring the heavy metal content in different parts (roots, stems, leaves, husks, seeds) of mature wheat samples; And use the biological enrichment coefficient and transport coefficient to explore the migration characteristics of heavy metals in wheat in the coal mine transformation zone. (3) On the basis of the above research, the factors affecting the migration behavior of heavy metals in soil wheat were determined to determine the optimal bioavailable state extraction method that can represent the absorption of heavy metals by wheat in the coal mine transformation zone; And explore the key environmental factors that affect the migration behavior of heavy metals between soil and wheat in coal mining transformation zones.
(4) On the basis of determining the optimal bioavailable state and key environmental factors affecting the migration behavior of heavy metals in soil wheat, a dynamic model was established based on the process of plant absorption of heavy metals to predict the heavy metal content in various parts of wheat in the coal mine transformation zone.
