Description
In this letter Jiryes Farhat's advises his son Suleiman Farhat on how to handle his wife Katrina Sa'ade and her family who he depicts as being ungrateful and insular. He tells Suleiman to overrule his wife when she does not obey him as 'women are lacking in intellect and religion'.
At this stage Suleiman and Katrina were living and working in California, US with their children. Issa Farhat scribes. These images exist as part of the Katrina Sa'ade Letters collection within the Katrina Sa'ade project of the Planet Bethlehem Archive.
