Source data of "Parasites constrain within-population diversification while accelerating between-population divergence in an RNA replication system"

The dataset includes raw basecalled sequences from subsampled reads, consensus haplotype sequences, raw frequency data, and assignments of individual haplotypes to representative sequence types.</p><p dir="ltr"><b>Note:</b> The experimental lines referred to in this dataset as H1 (Host-1)/P1 (Parasite-1), etc., or S1 (Suppressed-1)/R1 (Rich-1), etc., are referred to in the published article as L1 (Low-1)/H1 (High-1), etc.</p><p dir="ltr">Haplotype sequences are provided in <code>20260310_MAFFT_aligned_consensus_fasta.zip</code>.

These sequences include individual haplotypes that were subsequently grouped based on sequence similarity.</p><p dir="ltr">For each haplotype group (<code>haplo_cluster</code>), a representative sequence was selected and used in the analyses presented in the paper. The assignment of individual haplotypes to each <code>haplo_cluster</code>, together with the identity of the representative sequence for each group, is provided in <code>20260310_haplocluster_assignments.csv</code>.</p>
