LAN Simulation Fine Grained Changes Repository

This with the intent of finding out at which point refactoring reconstruction fails to reconstruct refactorings when only comparing snapshots of a system. We followed the script of the LAN Simulation and injected some non-refactoring changes along the way.

After every atomic change we committed revisions to a local subversion repository. For instance when performing a MoveMethod refactoring, we performed this using a simple cut and paste and then updated the signature and the invocations. This results in at least 4 commits to the repository: after the cut; after the paste; after the signature update; and after the invocation update.
