Raw mortality data and reproducible R code for comparative acute toxicity of tebuconazole and difenoconazole to Eisenia fetida

Cumulative mortality was recorded after 7 and 14 days.The dataset records fungicide, exposure time, treatment group, control medium, nominal concentration, replicate identity, number of dead earthworms and number of surviving earthworms. Negative and acetone solvent controls are included. Exposure concentrations are nominal and were not analytically verified.The accompanying R code reproduces the binomial dose–response analyses reported in the associated manuscript.

Separate two-parameter log-normal LN.2 binomial models were fitted for each assay, fungicide and observation period. The code generates median lethal concentrations (LC₅₀), standard errors, 95% confidence intervals, model diagnostics, AIC-based comparison with LL.2 models, relative-potency estimates, complementary joint LC₅₀ parameter tests and descriptive changes in LC₅₀ across cumulative observation periods. A separate plotting script reproduces the publication figures.The files are intended to permit independent verification and reuse of the experimental mortality data and statistical analyses.
