De geïnterviewde beschrijft zijn motivatie voor zijn uitzending. Hij vertelt over de opleiding.
De geïnterviewde vertelt over de situatie in Sarajevo. De geïnterviewde vertelt over zijn werkzaamheden, hij was werkzaam op het CIMIC hoofdkwartier. Hij gaat in op de onderlinge sfeer en de internationale samenwerking.

Het gebied was gevaarlijk, maar er werden wel uitstapjes gemaakt. De geïnterviewde vertelt over de Amerikaanse militairen. De Nederlandse militairen gebruikten minder beveiliging.
De uitzending van de geïnterviewde werd voortijdig afgebroken. Dit was een teleurstelling, want hij had het gevoel dat hij zijn werk niet af kon maken. De geïnterviewde was erg enthousiast tijdens zijn uitzending.
Terug in Nederland moest hij weer even wennen. De geïnterviewde reflecteert positief op zijn uitzending. Met de geïnterviewde zijn twee of meer interviews gehouden.
