In-vitro CCM tube formation

This set includes segmented images of the control cell (wild-type HUVEC) and cells with knockdown (KD) of the three Cerebral Cavernous Malformation (CCM) proteins, CCM1 (or KRIT1), CCM2, and CCM3 (or PDCD10), which disrupts the integrity of multicellular mesh.
Description
In addition, the control and KD cells were treated with an inhibitor of Rho-associated protein kinase (ROCK), which was shown to be over-activated in CCM KD cultures (Chernaya O, Zhurikhina A, Hladyshau S, Pilcher W, Young KM, Ortner J, Andra V, Sulchek TA, Tsygankov D. 2018.
