This data set is the original supporting data recorded by Myotis longipes in Xizang.
Description
Myotis longipes specimens were collected from a natural cave (28 ° 66195953 ′ N, 93 ° 37784797 ′ E, elevation 3115 m) in Zhari Township, Longzi County, Shannan City, Xizang Autonomous Region, Lakang Town, Luoza County (28 ° 10520315 ′ N, 91 ° 12290144 ′ E, elevation 3292 m), and a forest road (27 ° 36121968 ′ N, 88 ° 97580385 ′ E, elevation 2786 m) in Xiayadong Township, Yadong County, Shigatse City in August 2023 and August 2024, respectively, using harp network to record the GPS collection points and elevations of individuals.
Select sample 3 to extract DNA, amplify the Cytb gene for phylogenetic tree construction, and upload the corresponding nucleic acid sequence.
