Identification of dsRBD1 binding sites of ADR-1 in vivo

We used eCLIP to identify in vivo binding sites of the first dsRBD of ADR-1, a member of the adenosine deaminase acting on RNA (ADAR) family of dsRBPs in Caenorhabditis elegans, using 3xFLAG ADR-1 KKxxK mutant animals.
