Distinct Genomic Architectures of Fusarium Head Blight Resistance Uncovered via Haplotype Characterization of High-confidence Genome-wide QTLs in Wheat

The accessions were phenotyped across two growing seasons (2023 and 2024) and two environments following inoculation with a highly virulent F. graminearum isolate, and genotyped with a 2K+ SNP liquid chip targeting 93 high-confidence meta-QTLs (hcMQTLs) for FHB resistance.

Phenotypic and haplotype data were analyzed in R (BLUPs and DSI estimated with ASREML-R mixed models; haplotype types classified based on SNP allelic effects on DSI), and the results are organized into four Excel tables: Table S1, the classification and sources of the 801 accessions; Table S2, FHB resistance phenotypes (BLUPs of PSS and PABS and the derived DSI); Table S3, the haplotype matrix of all accessions across the 93 hcMQTL intervals (R/S/N); and Table S4, the frequency distribution of R and S haplotypes within each breeding subpanel.
