Tropical Cyclones of the Atlantic Ocean. Tracks and Parameters of Motion

Hydrometeorological data on the conditions of the environment are held by the Russian State Fund of data.
Description
This dataset was created by RIHMI-WDC in 1981 and containes gridded data for nothern part of Atlantic ocean.. Data is obtained throught conversion of data received from USA and additionally in RIHMI-WDC.
Locations of cyclones are given for 00.00 and 12.00 GMT. The archive includes data on the following: movement of a cyclone centre within 12 hours preceding observation (mean velocity and direction of movement), pass by a cyclone centre of 5? and 2,5? squares, type of a cyclone centre movement, data source and others. Data is currently stored on magnetic tape (800 bit/inch).
