UAV System Application Demonstration Dataset

The UAV System Application Demonstration Dataset is developed to support black soil protection and utilization, green agricultural development, maize growth monitoring, and UAV remote sensing application demonstrations.
Description
The dataset was produced through UAV remote sensing monitoring activities jointly conducted by the research team, local governments, and agricultural technology extension departments. It covers three maize application areas in Yi’an County, Fuyu County, and Nehe City, Heilongjiang Province.
The dataset mainly includes core remote sensing products such as UAV visible-light imagery, multispectral reflectance products, normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) products, and masked or clipped image products. Three UAV flight campaigns were conducted in each application area in July, August, and September 2023. The spatial resolution of the imagery is better than 0.1 m.

The coordinate system is WGS84, with UTM projection. The data volumes are 34.36 GB for July, 55.95 GB for August, and 56.19 GB for September, totaling approximately 146.50 GB. This dataset can support remote sensing monitoring of crop growth in black soil regions, evaluation of agricultural management measures, spatial heterogeneity analysis of application areas, and review of UAV multispectral remote sensing processing workflows.
