Description
A group of seven men can be seen spread throughout the room. Only one of the men wears a full suit, but all the others at least wear collared shirts.
The men stand around large tables either alone or in groups of two. Six tables in total are shown in the image. Blueprints can be seen on many of the tables in addition to other papers.

In the tables closest to the foreground, several rolled-up blueprints can be seen along the side of the tables. Four windows can be seen along the sides of the room, and a small bookshelf is visible in one of the corners. Three large lights hang overhead.
