The research compares aggregated to time-resolved results and considers future developments through temporal parameters (e.g., energy‑mix decarbonisation and price escalation). The dataset contains input data, assumptions, and calculation outputs related to the LCA‑GWP and WLC results presented in the associated article.

Included data cover: (i) input data and calibration for building energy simulations; (ii) the building’s initial energy performance and the change in energy use resulting from individual renovation measures and combined renovation packages; (iii) material quantities, transportation distances, environmental product declarations (EPDs), and energy mix emission factors used to calculate climate impacts; and (iv) renovation costs, energy prices, rental income assumptions, and discount and escalation rates used in the WLC.
