SmallData ML metadata schema (CRC 1597)

The deposit contains the final schema (94 items), the preliminary schema used for the LLM-based validation experiment (104 items), and a complete changelog documenting the 7 items added and 17 items removed between the two versions.

Items are organised into five categories: what the approach does, which techniques it uses, the overall category of the approach, the type of data, and implementation details. The schema is an application profile — a structured, hierarchically organised set of annotation items — and not an ontology: it carries no formal axiomatisation, no OWL or RDFS semantics, and no asserted subsumption relations beyond the grouping of items into categories and sub-items.
