mtDNA mutations

The dataset includes the breakpoint positions of mitochondrial DNA deletions that have been curated from the literature and from our own experiments (Caenorhabditis elegans).
Description
The data were used to analyze the thermodynamic property of the sequences around the breakpoints to test hypotheses on the DNA misalignments during double-strand break repairs driving mtDNA deletions.
