This tomographic scanning transmission X-ray microscopy (STXM-CT) data was acquired at the P06 microprobe beamline of the PETRA III (Deutsches-Elektronen Synchrotron DESY, Hamburg).
Description
The sample measured during this experiment was a single wire extracted from the Pt/Rh gauzes aged under industrial ammonia oxidation conditions for 50 days of time on stream. A detailed description of the dataset can be found in the corresponding readme file and its associated publication.
