Spray glider observations in support of NASCar

Spray gliders surveyed from the northern edge of the Mascarene Plateau, crossing the equator repeatedly, then surveyed southward back toward the Seychelles prior to recovery.

Description

One glider mission was conducted in each of 2017 and 2018. Missions were timed to capture the onset of the southwest (northern hemisphere summer) monsoon at the equator.
