Method

Next Generation Sequencing using Ion Torrent S5XL platform. Samples: peripheral blood mononuclear cells isolated from whole blood samples collected from 8 patients with lower extremity artery disease (LEAD), 7 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA), 7 patients with chronic venous disease (CVD) and 7 healthy volunteers (Controls). This dataset was used for publication: Next Generation Sequencing in the Assasment of the Transcriptomic Landscape of DNA Damage Repair Genes in Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm, Chronic Venous Disease and Lower Extremity Artery Disease by Karol P.
