Each patient contributes maxillary and mandibular data, yielding 850 jaw-level paired samples. The cohort comprises 41.9% male participants, with a mean age of 18.5 years (range, 10–40 years), and includes non-mutually-exclusive clinical characteristics such as normal occlusion (72.1%), severe dental crowding (26.0%), missing teeth (2.4%), and fixed orthodontic brackets (0.5%).

CBCT data were acquired with a DCT PRO dentofacial CBCT system and IOS data with a 3Shape TRIOS 5 intraoral scanner. The cleaned release organizes paired surface meshes in binary PLY files with matching plain-text 4 × 4 transformation matrices, grouped by subset, patient and jaw. Curation emphasizes same-patient, same-jaw pairing, de-identification, and patient-level separation to reduce information leakage.
