RNA-seq analysis of TRV: GhAKR1 silenced lines under salt stress

Constructing a VIGS silenced strain TRV: GhAKR1 of upland cotton gene GhAKR1, comparing the transcriptome data of the silenced strain TRV: GhAKR1 and the empty TRV: 00 samples before and after treatment with 300 mmol L-1 NaCl salt stress, further studying the traits regulated by gene GhAKR1 and the main changes in associated genes. In the sample, YBA156 and YAKR1 represent TRV: 156 and TRV: GhAKR1, respectively, without salt treatment.

YSA156 and YSAKR1 represent TRV: 156 and TRV: GhAKR1 samples obtained after 72 hours of treatment with 300 mmol L-1 NaCl, respectively. -1. -2 and -3 represent three biological samples.
