This package contains the 3D volumetric model of a Hong Kong public high-rise.
Description
Each dataset is designated "Case". Data was developed using official planning documents sourced from the Hong Kong Housing Authority.
The model represents a direct tracing of the original ‘as designed’ plans. The housing layout was scanned from official planning documents and digitised, then imported into specialised 3D modelling software. This process enabled researchers to accurately extract and visualise the volumetric qualities of the built structure, including its specific interior features and fixed arrangements of elements.

The resulting 3D model provides a precise representation of the housing unit’s planned form and spatial organisation, supporting future research into the physical characteristics and spatial utilisation of super-tall, high-density residential environments. Access to the model is restricted for one year to ensure the protection of sensitive information, after which it will be available for academic research on housing design and spatial behaviour.
