Description
The sidewalk at center has been removed. Several men work on the back end of the site while one man stands nearr the steam-shovel and truck on the road above on the left.
A brick hotel stands in the left foreground while more buildings stand along the street in the left background. Electrical poles extend into the distance from just behind the dug-up sidewalk.
