Code and Data Deposit — Plaque Mechanotransduction Reanalysis

All primary datasets are public (GEO and GTEx); this deposit does not redistribute raw series matrix files but provides the derived data objects that are not re-derivable in practice from the GEO series pages alone, together with the complete analysis code, so that every number reported in the manuscript can be reproduced and audited.

Derived data comprise Supplementary Tables S1–S11: the reconstructed 2,609-gene mechanical-force-related (MRG) set with per-gene provenance; plaque and blood differential-expression statistics; power analysis; cell-type marker-programme scores; an 816-gene × 13-cell-type signature matrix derived from the GSE159677 single-cell carotid atlas with NNLS deconvolution fractions; composition-adjusted differential expression; and GSE21545 within-patient plaque–PBMC paired scores (n = 96).
