<p>DropMap-measured affinity (K<sub>D</sub>) of sE-protein-specific IgG-SC binding in subclinical or hospitalized patients infected with (left) DENV1 or (right) DENV2.
Description
Horizontal bars indicate median and interquartile range. Each dot represents one sE-protein-specific IgG-SC. <i>p</i> values were calculated using <b>(A)</b> Kruskall-Wallis followed by Dunn’s multiple comparison test to compare subclinical and hospitalized samples, or <b>(B)</b> two-by-two contrast comparisons after linear modelling to compare samples within a patient group. ns, not significant; *, p ≤ 0.05; **, p ≤ 0.01; ***, p ≤ 0.001; ****, p ≤ 0.0001.
