Description
A dirt lot can be seen at center with some piles of lumber towards the back of the lot. A chain-link fence encloses the lot.
A road is visible at left and continues into the background. A one-way sign can be seen on a street lamp at left. Several skyscrapers can be seen behind the lot, while weeds grow on the incline in the extreme left foreground.
