Channel Measurements in Lecture Room Environment at 300 GHz

This dataset contains wideband channel measurement data acquired in a line-of-sight (LoS) scenario in a lecture room environment (7.9×6.5 m²) at the Institute of Digital Signal Processing, University of Duisburg-Essen.
Description
The measurements were conducted using an extended Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) setup covering the frequency range 300–310 GHz, employing three antenna configurations (horn-horn, horn-open, and open-open) at TX-RX separation distances up to 5 m, with ten snapshots recorded per position for ensemble averaging.
The dataset was used to derive single-slope path loss models, including path loss exponent and shadow fading statistics, as reported in the associated IEEE conference paper.
