Bridging Gaps in Sustainability. Poland’s National SDGs Performance and the Role of Quality Education in the EU Context - research data

The Excel file includes five sheets: (1) Eurostat variables transformed into stimulants and weighted using the coefficient of variation for 2013 and 2023; (2) TOPSIS index for EU countries in 2013; (3) TOPSIS index for 2023; (4) EU country ranking for both years; (5) a structured collection of 140 Polish national SDG indicators with growth rates, dynamics and qualitative assessment of change.

The accompanying CSV file (“data SGD’s goals.csv”) provides full time series for all 140 SDG indicators, including chain indices, fixed-base indices, last-to-first comparison, mid-term rate of change and classification of trends. The dataset supports comparative analysis, ranking construction and long-term monitoring of sustainable development and education outcomes.
