The 3DED data file (the zip file) includes the raw diffraction patterns in tiff formate, which can be viewed using any image processing software.The jpg formate file is the raw SEM data of the studied sample, which can be viewed using any image processing software.
The dm4 formate file is the raw data of the EELS mapping, which can be viewed and processed using the Gatan Microscopy Suite 3 (GMS3) software.The emd formate file is the raw data of the EDS mapping, which can be viewed and processed using the Velox software from ThermoFisher company.
