Diatom assemblages in Manxing Lake over the past two millennia

It contains subfossile flora data of 68 samples, each associated with different depositional ages spanning the past two millennia. A total of 106 species, belonging to 36 genera, were indentified from the smaples.

This dataset provides the foundational raw data necessary for calculating relative abundances, ecological network metrics, and other paleolimnological indices, thereby enabling analyses of the long-term impacts of climatic variability and human activities on the lacustrine ecosystem over the past 2,000 years.
