Supplementary Figures</p><p dir="ltr">Contains diagnostic, exploratory and supplementary analytical figures that support the analyses described in the dissertation but were not reproduced in the main dissertation document.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">See the README within the `Supplementary Figures` folder for further information.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Sample identification</p><p dir="ltr">Individual sampled trees are identified using a unique `Sample_Code` / tree code throughout the supplementary materials.

These codes are used to link analytical datasets, statistical outputs and photographic records relating to the same sampled tree.</p><p dir="ltr">The full sampling metadata and interpretation of the sample coding system are described in the dissertation.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"><b>Notes on use</b></p><p dir="ltr">The files deposited here should be interpreted together with the methodology and results presented in the accompanying dissertation.

Some folders contain intermediate, diagnostic or supplementary outputs retained to provide transparency regarding the analytical workflow.</p><p dir="ltr">Where multiple versions of working files were generated during analysis, the files identified as final or prepared datasets represent those used for the analyses reported in the dissertation.</p>
