Thirty-two years of inventory data (1986-2018) from the GUYADIV forest plot network in French Guiana, covering 100 ha and 90,000 trees

It contains information on more than 90,000 censused trees, which were mapped, measured for trunk diameter, and identified to species level in 98% of cases. These trees belong to 1,393 species, 370 genera and 84 families.

It comprises four tables, provided either separately in .csv format or combined into a single Excel file with four sheets, one for each table. The ‘trees’ table contains 90,409 rows corresponding to individual trees and 33 columns (tree descriptors), while the ‘plots’ table contains 242 rows corresponding to plots and 21 columns (plot descriptors). The ‘contributors’ table lists people involved in the inventories, along with details on the nature and extent of their contributions.
