<p>Predicted Silver Carp catch-per-unit-effort (CPUE) across locations in the Upper Mississippi River based on data collected during 2021–2023.</p>

<p>CPUE is expressed as the number of Silver Carp captured per five minutes of dozer trawl sampling effort.
Description
Points and error bars represent predicted mean CPUEs and their associated 95% confidence intervals derived from generalized linear mixed models for the three river sections: Above L&D 19, Pooled Reach, and Open River. <i>P</i> values from the analysis of variance indicate whether the mean CPUE values significantly differ across locations within a river section.
The mean CPUE values between locations that do not share a lowercase letter within a river section were significantly different at the <i>α</i> = 0.05 level based on pairwise comparisons.</p>
