These data and script accompany the article "Long term in situ permafrost thaw effects on bacterial communities and potential aerobic respiration" (doi:10.1038/s41396-018-0176-z) and was used to create the figures and tables found in the article. The file Monteux_Deepthaw_figs_and_tabs.R is the main script, and the different data files are described in the first section of that script.
