ÖKS15 30y-means for climate indices

Description
30 year mean of Climate Indices for global radiation, temperature, sunshine duration, precipitation. **Editorial note (May 2026):** Since the 1980s, temperatures in Austria and Central Europe have increased significantly more than depicted in the ÖKS15 data. Therefore, the direct use of ÖKS15 data is no longer unconditionally recommended. The klimaszenarien.AT team has developed recommendations for the continued use of ÖKS15 based on the latest scientific findings (https://klimaszenarien.at/oeks15-empfehlungen/).
