JMSR wishes to define the field through conceptual, theoretical and empirical understandings of JSRSM that include: interdisciplinary and multi-methodological approaches—all spiritual and religious traditions—examining the relationship between JSRSM and society – critical, theological and philosophical reflections on JSRSM—metaphysical explanations of JSRSM.

It seeks to define the field through conceptual, theoretical and empirical understandings of RSM that include: • Examining RSM through different traditions • Exploring the relationship between RSM and society • Critical and interdisciplinary work that may extend the boundaries of RSM • Metaphysical explanations of RSM We are the prime dedicated academic forum for disseminating work, for the development of theory, for reporting best practice, and for the exchange of ideas and debate in Management, Spirituality and Religion in Iran.
