Head shape is based upon a human dummy used for automotive testing, with source grabcad.com/library/mannequin-1. This has been hollowed out so that it can be filled with gelatine to get the wanted shape. The mold is broken down into 7 pieces, each small enough to be produced on a desktop sized 3D printer.
