<p dir="ltr">These dataset comprises in vivo and in vitro findings evaluating the neuroprotective efficacy of human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived retinal organoid exosomes in a rat model of chronic ocular hypertension.
Description
The provided files include rquantitative data from retinal ganglion cell (RGC) survival analyses via Brn3a immunostaining, visual function preservation assessed by photopic negative response (PhNR) measurements, and early-stage (day 3) MAPK pathway protein phosphorylation assays (ERK, JNK, p38).
Please note that the exosomal microRNA profiling highlighting MAPK-targeting miRNAs and 1-month post-treatment total RNA sequencing data, which detail the transcriptomic modulation of fatty acid beta-oxidation and immune responses in the COH retina, have been deposited separately in the Gene Expression Omnibus.</p>
