Description
In brief, RNA was extracted with Trizol reagent and quality was evaluated. Details are available in the supplemental materials.
The index-coded samples were clustered using a cBot Cluster Generation System with TruSeq PE Cluster Kit v3-cBot-HS (Illumina) following the manufacturer's instructions. Following cluster creation, the library preparations were sequenced using an Illumina Novaseq technology to obtain 150 bp paired end reads.
