DPRAGS Framework - Analytical Protocol and Executable Implementation (v2.0)

<p dir="ltr">Executable implementation of the DPRAGS (Disaster Prevention and Relief Accessible Green Spaces) decision-support framework described in <i>“A Reproducible Multi-Criteria Decision-Support Framework for Climate-Resilient Urban Refuge Green-Space Planning: An Illustrative Nantong Case”</i> (Clement and Zhou).</p><p dir="ltr">Version 2.0 implements the revised specification, including restrictive multi-hazard eligibility; AHP weighting from expert pairwise-comparison matrices with consistency checking; detection of non-discriminating hazard inputs; nested refuge tiers with phase-specific demand; raw network-based Gaussian two-step floating catchment area (Ga2SFCA) accessibility; a splittable capacity-constrained maximal-coverage model; and the nested M1–M4 comparison evaluated using a common tier-specific demand-coverage outcome.</p><p dir="ltr">The package includes a pinned software environment, configuration and parameter templates, data-source and provenance documentation, sensitivity-analysis and mapping scripts, and a synthetic test case with an end-to-end smoke test.

The supplied test package has been verified successfully with <b>23/23 checks passed</b>.</p><p dir="ltr">The repository does not contain Nantong-specific spatial input layers, expert-elicited AHP matrices, empirically estimated refuge-demand fractions for Nantong, or executed Nantong empirical results. The included synthetic data are artificial and are provided solely to verify that the analytical workflow executes correctly.
