DeFacto MPAs - Military (DAR)

De Facto Marine Protected Areas are delineated areas of the marine environment where human access is restricted or where specific activities or uses are regulated for reasons other than conservation or natural or cultural resource management, . The Military De Facto MPAs in this layer were extracted from the NOAA De Facto MPA database by DAR staff and / or DAR contractors.
