Construction of a large arch in 4th Street Viaduct, [s.d.]

At center, a large metallic arch can be seen extending from the foreground at right into the background at left. Along the base of the arch at left, a series of wooden stumps can be seen.

Also to the left of the arch, a large crane is visible. At least three ladders can be seen attached to the side of the arch, and two men stand on a platform above the center ladder. A series of large cross beams can be seen beneath the arch for support.
